The Wright Stuff
Entrepreneur, author, and self-proclaimed humanitarian Chris Wright is an outspoken, take-no-prisoners energy leader out to set the record straight on fossil fuels and their impact on human life. The MIT alum, who entered mainstream consciousness last year with his Bettering Human Lives report, has become a vocal challenger to climate alarmists’ views on oil and gas. He also happens to helm the nation’s second-largest fracking company.
Reese Energy Consulting today is following the latest news from Denver-based Liberty Energy, which reported a 1Q net profit of $330 million, marking its fourth consecutive quarter of record gains, and returning a combined $218 million to shareholders. As producers focus more on maintaining production levels, demand for Liberty’s oil field services continues to be robust as onsite power generation transitions from diesel to natural gas. The company this year has already achieved two major milestones that include its new natural gas-powered digiFleet℠ comprising digiFrac℠ electric pumps reaching 1,291 minutes of pumping time in a day, or 90% of total available time. Liberty also this month launched Liberty Power Innovations, which offers CNG supply, field gas processing and treating, well site fueling, and logistics.
